WOW!!!!!
Now this is what I call vaping!
My E-Cig adventure started a long time ago with a "Lucy" e-cig. Needless to say I learned AFTER buying it from this forum, that I had made the wrong choice. I purchased a Titan 510 full kit, with PPC. I loved it. I had both auto and manual batteries, plenty of attys, and lots of juice. I experimented with different stuffing materials, direct dripping won over all. Fast forward about 6 months and I ended up quitting. Just didn't need it anymore. I was nicotine free!
Fast forward another 8 months or so and work and life got very stressful. I missed my relief nicotine provided. Unfortunately I had given away most of my e-cig stuff to family to get them off the tar sticks. I first turned to the Camel "Snus" packets, as I could NOT smoke. I tried... could not STAND the taste. I ended up using "dip" (skoal) for about a year or more after that. Nasty habit, my fiance hated it, and I was just not happy with the fact that I was using tobacco again.
I finally decided to give e-cigs a chance again. I was happy with the titan, but with the oral tobacco I know I was using alot more nicotine than a smoker so I wanted a big vaporizer.
This brings me to the Screwdriver MKII. I wasn't happy with using cartridges. If you vape more than a few drags in a minute you get the burning taste and lack of flavor as the wick had dried out. I decided to give the "tank" a go. The battery is HUGE, and it comes with two!
My kit came with the tank atty and 5 cartridges, as well as two standard 901 attys and empty cartridges. I use the tank atty (just one at the moment) for my "every day vape" (mint-chocolate) and plan on using the 901 attys for my "desert" vapes. French apple tart, and red-bull. Once you put mint anything into an atty it seems it will hold that flavor FOREVER. So I like to use dedicated attys for a particular flavor. Keeps a consistent flavor.
Wow. Just wow. It holds a ton of liquid, and even after very long "vaping sessions" the wick never gets dry. I've been using it heavily for a week now, and have not had one drop of liquid come through the tip like I did with a 501 or 901 atty with cartridge. Consistent flavor and vapor production. Easy to fill. No maintenance really. Don't have to change filling material or clean it. I just can't say enough about it.
I won't go into all the accessories and what not that it comes with. I just thought I'd give a quick personal opinion on my purchase.
I'm not very good at writing reviews, but let me tell you. If you're in the market for a new PV.... I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the screwdriver MKII with the tank mod.
