Just dropping in to tell everyone of the results from the poll.

With the first poll that decides the month that this meet will be held. The months that will go for the final poll will be:

July, August, and September

12, 4, 5, and 6 pm will be moved on to the final poll for time that this meet will happen.

Hope everyone is ok with this and the polls will be made tomorrow.

I haven't paid much attention to these forums lately, but I'm still interested in going, and bringing at least one person with me. So it looks like August, on a Saturday at 4PM? What day are we looking at so I can finalize it on my calendar?

Glad to see that you checked on the thread. It's good to hear that your still interested. The good news is that the final polls have been created. After a week then everything will be decided. So, you can check in then and see the results.

LOL I wish that we could've had it somewhere that was convenient for all. I know it's going to be a long trip for you and others but, I hope that it's going to be worth it.

If all goes well then the time that's decided won't be too late. Wouldn't want the meet to ruin people's schedule for the next day.

A meet is a great idea. On the subject of vendors, there are two that I know personally; Evergreen vapors in the b&I Public market; and the vaporium on bridgeport way. South. Lakewood, wa. If i recall, vaporium put on a meet in tacoma a while back. I have met the owner and i am sure she would love to discuss organizing some kind of event.also the evergreen guys are cool with things e cig, and i am sure they also would welcome such an opportunity.

If it is in the casino, I think if it is in a meeting room or restaurant you would be permitted. Just not on the gaming floor or bar because of the alcohol served.

It's three plus hours for me and I normally have to work Saturdays.

I should be able to make it once a date is set. With enough notice, getting Saturday off should be fine, and Tulalip is a close as anything else when you have to take a ferry just to leave your island

Might give me an excuse to get a room and spend a nice day in the city, with no travel/ferry schedule stress.

As others have mentioned. There are some spots in the casino where you don't have to be 21 to be there. Great to see another Seattleite in the thread. Welcome!

Hey MX!! I hope you two can make it too. Would be great to see some fellow REOnauts at the meet. The date and time should be figured out pretty soon. Going to bring up the last two polls that I created for everyone.

The polls I created only last a week. As with the other polls I created. Once they are closed then everything will be set. It's looking like it's going to be in August. So, there should be plenty of time for you to plan things out.
