Hey everyone, just dropped by to inform everyone of the results from the polls.
The meet will be held in August 25th at 12pm.
Planning for this event will commence shortly. If anyone is willing to help me out in the process. Then please place your names here:

Wash - do we know a day? A guy at the local cigar shop here in Silverdale that carries Volcano stuff said they would like to go ... maybe bring some goodies also. 
Sorry about that. It's on Saturday, August 25 at 12pm. The meet is located at the Tulalip Casino.
Anyways, that's awesome. I'm planning on sending Provape an invitation and seeing if they are interested as well. Think that Tybin has already notified ecigexpress. So, if anyone else knows of some local vendors that might be interested. Then it will be great to notify them as well.
At this moment. The number of people attending is unknown. There might be a lot of lurkers that hasn't posted here yet. So, this thing could be pretty big.

Nothing is set up at the moment. Since the polls were the first priority. Now, that everything is decided. I want to find out who is willing to help me with this meet.
If your willing to be one of those people then that will be great. Just add your name to the list I left in my previous post. Then when there are at least 3 or 4 of us.
Then we will start contacting venues and suppliers for the meet. There's not a lot of time but, enough to where things can be decided shortly.

No, you don't have to come up to Seattle. None of the volunteers will be having to do that. It will be done through pm's and emails.
Anyways, it's great to hear that you could help. Just going to wait for a few more days if that's ok with everyone. Since I'm going to be busy with other things.

FYI - I picked the #3 spot so as to not look like I wanted to be the first in line!
Jagellpuff would be willing to help coordinate with the Volcano guys in Oly and with Chris at Smokes Choice in Silverdale as I already deal with them in one way or another, this also includes The Vaporium. And for that matter Provape as well. Just let me know Wash.

I will get The Vaporium to announce and promote this Meet on their FB page after their July 7th one. They got almost 600 vapers following their page so that will maybe pull some people to come! Can do the same with Volcano Oly and Smokers Choice too!

I am willing to help where I can. I live in Shoreline, so if a physical visit up to Tulalip is required, it is a short 30 min drive for me. I am usually pretty busy with work and school, but I am willing to do what I can:

Hey guys. Just stumbled onto this thread and am so excited!
Would love to go to both meet-ups but I do not have a car and transportation is a problem. Anyone here live in Port Orchard/Bremerton area? I would gladly help pay for gas for a ride. Heck, I could even take a ferry to Seattle if that would help. PM me and we could swap phone numbers.
Staying overnight would be fun although not a must. Just so happy to see there are other vapers out there in the Seattle area. Haven't ran into any in my neck of the woods.
Anyway, great idea! And thanks to all who are setting this up.
