Seattle Meet

I'm in Auburn, just south of Seattle and have NEVER seen another vapor. Except my 2 converts at work, and my 1 converted customer. I would be interested.
Let's help the list, if you are interested, copy the list of names and then add yours to the bottom, and so on.

I've yet to see another vaper in public. In fact I haven't seen anyone in private either. lol 
I've converted a few, met the wife of someone who was just starting out in vaping, she saw my silver bullet & tank and was asking what it was. When I explained what I had she told me how her husband just started with ecigs he got at a smoke shack and she didn't know they had different versions and ways to do things, when I told her about flavors she was amazed lol. Other than that I haven't met any vapors.
FYI - there is a great vape shop in Lakewood called The Vaporium, roll in there sometime and have a vape with other vapers/patrons! The more veteran vapers they can get in, hopefully the more toys they will get!

There are more and more in Tacoma! You can catch me grocery shopping and vaping, and I vape proudly in my car!
Heading up to the Tulip Festival in Skagit this coming Saturday, so if anyone is around that area, look for vapor trails in the fields!

I would appreciate that. It would be a great help if there were some volunteers that would like to help with this meet. Especially with finding a good location outside of Seattle. Since King County seems to be off limits at this time due to the laws.
Noticed the thread that you created for the meet in GA. You got an incredible response from the members here. If it does get to the point where we get 50+ people. Then the location will be especially important. I will start pm'ing you once we get to 25+ members and a consensus on where the meet will occur. Then we will have a better idea of who's coming and who's not.

Sounds good, washvap, I"ll help any way I can. As soon as possible I would see if you can get any volunteers for a "planning committee" as we called it, as soon as possible.
As fast as yours is growing, by the end of April you could easily be up to 50. Ours kept getting bigger all the way up to the meet, from November to February it grew from 6 to 120+.
I'll look for your PM, and can let you know what was involved in our little get together, so you might have some idea of what we did to help make ours a success.

If we don't get too many people, having it at an established place may be the easiest .... like the Vaporium, or some place like that.
The Vaporium routinely gets 20+ patrons in there at a time, so it might be too much to do it during business hours.
The January Vapemeet was at Cheers Downtown, and most bars don't mind if you do a group gathering of 20+ paying customers! But a bar would exclude anyone under 21.
Let's see how the list grows over the next week or so, then we would have a better idea of a venue that might work.

Something that helped us decide on a location, I went to google maps and pinned everyone who was interested in on the map, and put the link in so everyone could see it, that way we could see where everyone was and try to get a more central location that was favorable to all. Just a thought

That's a great idea Balthezar! I will go ahead and map everything out once the list gets past 25. This will give the members a better idea if they would like to attend this meet or not.
