Hey I was posting this same kind of thing on vapors lounge fb page, I work at a hotel in Bellevue and can get a meeting space for at least 30 of we get this off the ground whenever we need, or whatever I have at least 3 or 4 vapers that would come with me LMK for sure

Yes Catcat is Tacoma area.

The Vaporium is small, I think at most they have had 30ish people in there at once.

B&I is smaller area and is located inside of a mini shopping center/mall setting.

Volcano Vapor Cafe has a bit more room which would probably be a little more accommodating.

One goal of The Vapirium's Vapemeets has been to introduce the general public who may not know anything about eCigs/vaping, especially when they see us having a good time and clouds of vapor billowing from us!

I think it's a great idea to have some polls to get some input for options.

So for my part I can assist with setting up whatever for events around Tacoma area. That is assist not head it.

One thought on the Vaporium as a venue. It is small. No more than 7-10 people. Plus there is a regular flow of customers.

They have rearranged inside so it is way more roomy, and Kim just rented the space next door, so all stock inventory will be moved there to give more area! But it is hopping in there for the most part every day with a steady flow, which is great!

Thanks for updating the list everyone. Also, another thank you to the new Washingtonians and Oregonians that have shown interest in this thread.

Is there anymore suggestions for possible locations for the meet? Or is the three that are on the list the only ones that people have in mind? Would be better to have more options for the poll that's gonna be created. If I don't see anything within the next few days. Then I'm gonna go ahead and request polls to be created.

For any poll, could there be an address or map where the 3 places are? I am not familiar with any of them.

No problem, when the polls are created. I will look up the places that are mentioned and post the addresses for everyone to see.

This will be a big deal since that will be the determining factor for a lot of members. Whether they decide to go or not.
