Is there a vendor that sales second hand products such as the provari

Some vendors have scratch and dent, imperfects.

I imagine as vaping becomes more popular, if somebody opened a used equip shop they might do very well.

There is always the PIF and classifieds here, but be careful not to pay too much. Just ask to get verifed and then you can go in on co-ops and PIF's and trades.
