I appreciate the freebies but I would like to get what I ordered instead of having to tell them they shorted me twice in a row now. They made good on the last order but this is getting ridiculous.

OK I did contact them directly but was told that it was impossible because they just shipped it today (15th) and there was no way I could have received my order. Well, I am looking at the packing slip and it was shipped on the 13th and didn't appreciate the insinuation.
I don't know if this applies to this but I received my order and then got the shipping email after it arrived. Maybe something was wrong with their shipping thingy???
That happened to me on my last order,lol I got the regular shipping announcement also. A full day after it arrived I got another one telling me the same order had just been shipped. It was really strange.
No, I only placed the one order this month and the order number I gave them was the number on my packing list which is the same as on my account page.
Bob, not trying to be a fangirl here but now that they know there is an issue with the shipping info I bet they are working on finding out what happened. It is easy to transpose numbers, especially when you deal with so many of them every day. Give them a chance. I'm sure they will fix it.
Yes I am sure they will too. It's just that I start thinking that they won't believe me especially when two orders in a row are short and I probably wouldn't believe me either.
