Second time in a row my order was short

I appreciate the freebies but I would like to get what I ordered instead of having to tell them they shorted me twice in a row now. They made good on the last order but this is getting ridiculous.

PM me the details and I'll make sure it gets straightened out. I apologize that this happened, but we WILL make it right

OK I did contact them directly but was told that it was impossible because they just shipped it today (15th) and there was no way I could have received my order. Well, I am looking at the packing slip and it was shipped on the 13th. They did say they'd send another though so it's cool.

So you some how received your order before they shipped it!? Interesting.
There must be some kind of communication error. A wrong order number perhaps? You've placed two orders and they've both been received. You didn't place a 3rd order that they just shipped! Something is definitely amiss. Got me stumped!

I don't know if this applies to this but I received my order and then got the shipping email after it arrived. Maybe something was wrong with their shipping thingy???


That happened to me on my last order,lol I got the regular shipping announcement also. A full day after it arrived I got another one telling me the same order had just been shipped. It was really strange.

Yah exactly! Got a call from my brother saying I had a package. I was stumped because I knew I had no shipping confirmations. Theres a first for everything! It was also unusually fast getting here. :)

No, I only placed the one order this month and the order number I gave them was the number on my packing list which is the same as on my account page.

Bob, not trying to be a fangirl here but now that they know there is an issue with the shipping info I bet they are working on finding out what happened. It is easy to transpose numbers, especially when you deal with so many of them every day. Give them a chance. I'm sure they will fix it.

Yes I am sure they will too. It's just that I start thinking that they won't believe me especially when two orders in a row are short. I probably wouldn't believe me either.:D

It's not that they don't believe you. They hit a snag last month with some people trying to get things they didnt' even order so right now they are just super careful with verifying. I have faith in them that they will fix this for you. Just give them the chance.

Hi Bob,

I was confused because you originally provided me with an order # that was shipped today. When you included the image of the package slip, it became clear to me what order you were talking about. I just needed to make sure that I had the correct order # so that they could be sent. We trust you.

We are shipping out the missing package of clove asap. I apologize for the error. While it doesn't make up for it, we are taking steps to prevent errors like this in the future.
