How often is something missing from your order?

Some folks want their problem resolved so the call, PM, or email Mark or customer service. Others just want to complain and get attention; they open a new thread and whine in public.

Occasionaly a customer may feel that they are being ignored (No response to PM or E-mail) or a problem may not have been resolved to their satisfaction. Those folks come here to air their grievances and I feel that they are justified in doing so. A missing item from a reputable dealer struggling through growing pains probably just deserved a call to CS. Too bad that didn't happen.
