I've told them liquid but not hazardous. We know which clerks we can work with and which ones we can't. I swear one of them is deaf. I walked up to her, passed over the package and said first class please with delivery confirmation. She then proceeded to ask how I wanted to send it, quoting me prices, starting with the most expensive first. I repeated what I wanted at least twice during her routine. But she didn't "hear" me until she had finished
