Seeking for help: Twist needs separate charger?

Something is wrong if it was an eGo charger (420ma at 5Volts output) because all eGos have the 510 connection (even though you can use a 510 ecig charger on the eGo - different specs).

There's no workaround because even if you used an adapter (not advised for charging) it would have to have 510 threading as well.

There are numerous reviews about poor 510 threading on the Twist he purchased. Most report stripping.

I concur with the bad threading problem. If your old ego type batteries charge fine with your original charger, then the problem is the new battery. Do not try to frankenstein a fix for the mismatched threads; return the battery if you can and get a new battery (preferably from a different manufacturer). You don't want a battery explosion... :)
