Best you check with your airlines. But, in general aviation standard, when I fly, they would count your mod as an external batteries which mean you "have to" carry them with you. e-liquids are treated as any other liquids, in a bottle not larger than 100 ml. and the total not exceeding 1,000 ml. (they count the comtainers, not what's inside.) So mostly I would load my e-liquids with my checked luggage, just make sure you closed them tightly, or wrap some adhesive tapes to be on a safe side. The atty, especially themtank type, is another story, be really careful with those coz the cabin pressure will make them leak. I usually vape them to almost empty before boarding, close the airholes, wrap vape bands around airholes and close off the top caps with something, maybe paper tape just so no pressure will go in.
Hope this helps.

Don’t know where you are or where you are flying to/from but I do regular short hauls with no problems. TSA is really good about spotting vaping gear, if you do it right. Actually, they are so good that I ‘ve been playing with trying harder and harder to make the stuff look like a pipe bomb, just to test them, with absolutely no luck.

Batteries go in a protective case in your carry on luggage, NOT checked.

Liquids go in your liquid bag unless the bottle is over 3.4 ounces, then it must be in your checked baggage. I put juice in a baggie and then in the liquids bags, it’s leaked more than once due to pressure changes in the cabin.

Some people take the tank filled, then again, many have had the tank leak--oodles. Easiest is to empty the tank and refill when you get to your destination. If you take it filled, it goes in the liquid bag through TSA and then keep the tank upside down during the flight.

You really shouldn’t have any problems. If you are flying internationally, ask about the specific country. Some are pretty harsh, most are just fine.

Have a great trip!
