I bought a segelei 20 watt off ebay, I already have a 30 so thought I knew what to expect. However a can't adjust the wattage it is stuck on 10watts. Is there a secret handshake to get the gyro scope working or did I get ripped of?

It magically started working. My 30 did this once so I think there is something I am missing. But for now I'm leaving it at 20 since I just plan on dripping. Why did I buy a 20 if I already have a 30? It was cheap and I usually vape around 20 watts.
