Any reviews out there I have not been able to find many. I am looking into getting a 50 watt box mod I know the 100 watts are coming out soon but I will be happy with 50. I am tossed between the segelei 50 or the ivp v2 but the later has some issues

twisted has one:

i have 1 on the way and 2 on preorder. as soon as eciggity gets their black ones, might order another.

Anyone have this? I saw a couple of YouTube vidz showing ohm reading issues. the adjustable 510 connector the culprit??
I really was really close to ordering one, but I am holding off until there is more info on this. Has anyone experienced this or ANY kind of other issues with this Sigelei 50 Watt Box ??

Did they say when they might be shipping it to you? I think these are in stock elsewhere.. VapeNW has some harsh feedbacks!
Ya i was going to get one from eciggity since they actually had them in stock but they don't accept PayPal. Oh well they won't refund me so I just have to wait :(

I see.. sucks that they don't do refunds, that's not a good thing if you want keep loyal customers. I was going to do eciggity as well but they are out of stock I guess I will just have to wait for the second round since I waited too long.

the 1st sigelei 50w i got was from eciggity. it did exactly was your is doing. i returned it and a new one is on the way.

i got 2 more, eciggity and origin vapes. both read .2 ohms higher that the coils really are. my cloupors are more accurate.

but, these have a 1 year warranty. i'm actually shocked, though. my sigelei 20w reads perfectly. and its 30 bucks cheaper!

I bought a 50w box mod for working outside last Tuesday. I zero problems until today. First off I always took out my Sony VTC4 to charge and then put it back into the mod. Last night I did not have my charger with me so I went ahead and tried charging the device through my macbook and after the green light came on I let it sit the night and turned it on today. Watts read normal, ohm reading is spot on but the volts fluctuate between 4.7 and 6.8. A buddy told me that was the output volts reading but that can't be right and before it always displayed the actual volts of the battery. I also noticed that the battery indicator would drop to zero when I fire and sometimes after a quick chain vape the battery indicator would flicker from 100% - 50% in standby and the display would only dim and not turn off.

I ended up checking my battery, and all looks good with a charge of now 4.1V after about 30 minutes of use running a 1.4ohm coil on a KFL+ at 15 watts. Do you think something got messed up when I decided to charge it on the computer?

Alright so the volt reading is output reading....not sure why it matched my battery volt reading last week but with volt calculations it reads just about correctly on output. The battery indicator stopped fluctuation after I reset my device three times. I read this reset trick on a french forum that I had to google translate but apparently hitting system off three times resets the board or at least it worked for me.

I heard it's bad to charge your device through a computer/laptop. Might be because the output is too high or something? Not really sure.

i have my ipv2 for about a month. I had to take it apart to hot glue the bottom of the atty to protect the electronics from juice leaks. Also replaced the cover batteries. Other than that I love it. My next purchase will be the Smok Bec Pro Bluetooth 50Watt. Very Cool. Sigelei looks like a cleaner build but I will wait a month for the 100Watt. I still have my Sig 20 Amp as backup and a couple of vision spinner or 2.

But remember, at these outputs you daily nic intake is going to fuel your addiction.

Yep...worked perfectly for 20 minutes. Then every fire a different reading. Sigelei has yet to even respond with an automated reply to my email to warranty address.Their 6 month warranty is pretty worthless if they don't respond. Fortunately, vendor is working with me to correct the problem. But I personally will not buy any other products from Sigelei.
