Hey guys,

So I get the feeling my order from the states has been seized. This was my first e-cig attempt, ordered a joyetech eGo-C Starter Kit 1000mAh and a bunch of nic juices.

I ordered on April 17th, and Canada Post website has been telling me for a long time that ..

"Your domestic item has been submitted ekectronically, but not yet received at a postal facility. If your item is internation, it is en route to Canada"

Meanwhile below it gives some related information such as...

"Some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection. Canada Post has no information on specific items awaiting customs inspection. One it clears customs it is handed over to Canada Post for Delivery."

Now, it's been at this stage for awhile. Acoording to USPS website it left the US depart facility on April 22. So it's been about 3 weeks sitting with Customs.

Does anyone know what happens now? I think I read somewhere Customs is suppose to send you a letter to call them and sort it out (IE return to sender). I'm wondering if they could just send me the
Joyetech eGo-C Starter Kit 1000mAh, and then return the juice to vendor. I'm getting the feeling I won't be able to refund me the juice, since its made to order though. :(

I wouldn't give up yet. My kids live in Canada and a couple of the times I've sent them gifts the packages have been held up in customs for a few weeks. I once sent two boxes, one for him and one for her; her box went through while his sat with no update at all. Another time it was a single box that was delayed for weeks.

I'm pretty (not 100%) sure you'll get some notification if it was seized. If it is refused and returned, I would hope the vendor would tell you.

I had a bottle of juice take nearly a month recently. It's the only thing over ordered from the US though so at this point I'm 100% lol. They don't even want to know how annoying I'm gonna be if they ever seize juice coming in to the country. Nic juice, so long as its labeled correctly, falls under a consumer product and unless my research has been wrong they have no legal standings to hold it.

Just wait and you'll get an answer soon.

Like someone else said, for what you ordered you could have easily got it from a canadian vendor, just a tiny bit more expensive but you get it in 3-4 days and no risk at customs.

Yup. Canvape for hardware , always priced pretty reasonably IMO. And Jugheads has cheap fantastic juice. Can't go wrong with 21.99 for 60mls.
