It is very usefull having a proper apv with vv or vw so that you can adjust your power up or down according to your coil.

If you have a low strength nicotine liquid, building the right coil to run at high power makes it feel like high strength.

I'm using rda's mostly; and anytime I want to I can drop in a drop or few of 24mg or 18mg liquid while my main vape is basically a 0mg.
Can you suggest anything for my Lemo/Hana 30? What kind of wire/winding/rod e.g.

I use a 18650 35a battery.

Single or dual coil for my Lemo?

Just for one goal: to get the best throathit.

Thx in advance.

If you want to sleep.....answers may come tomorrow....[emoji12]

Lemo is perfect for single coil.

use a coil calculator;
Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators

note the little thing on the right with "Heat Flux" to tell you if things are too hot or too cold.

I'm running a magma with a 1.2 ohm 28 gauge at 10 watts.
A veritas with a 1.3 ohm 28 gauge at 10 watts.
A bigdripper with a 5.5 ohm 32 gauge at 15 watts
(or a flash e-vapor deck on the bigdripper with a 2.6 ohm 30 gauge at 10 watts)

all are about 3mm diameter

The best thing to do is experiment, use the steam engine calculator, try a few different things, and see what you like. I've got a 26awg, 8-ish wrap, 3.2mm coil on my Lemo that's about 1.3 ohms and I run it at 22.5 watts. With a Kayfun, I usually use a 28awg, 10 wrap, 2.4mm coil around 1.7 ohms. I use that one closer to 14 watts.

But those are my personal preferences, and there are lots of Lemo and Kayfun owners who like totally different coils. A good place to start is with 28 or 30 guage wire, somewhere between 2-3mm, and around 1.5 ohms. Then next time, try a different size wire, a different size coil, or different resistance. Or mount it closer or farther away from the air hole on the deck. See how your new build changes the vape. After you've tried playing around with it like that enough times, you'll get a good idea of what you tend to like in a build and you'll settle into a routine where you build pretty much the same coil every time, because you know how you like it. You'll end up with just the right flavor, temperature, and amount of vapor to fit your own tastes. It's fun figuring it out, too. :vapor:

ETA: If you're looking for throat hit, I'd start with the coil a little higher off of the deck as opposed to close to it. Not really high, but maybe 3-4mm above the air vent. Higher off the deck tends to increase the throat hit.
