In less than 24 hrs, I decide almost everything else I own is will not get used. My Provari is the only device I will use. A couple of buddies at work have already agreed to pay me what I paid for my iTaste's and my MVP. :thumb:

I am keeping my eVic, mostly for sentimental reasons, it was my 1st mod. One never forgets their first.:vapor:

While it won't be enough for my Mini, it will make a nice down payment! :headbang: Going with the Zombie, of course, but gonna keep the red LED.

I think this is the thing: when people say, "I wasted so much money before I got a ProVari," it appears due to the influence of AntiProVarians who convinced them to buy lesser mod after lesser mod, insisting our Beloved One is outdated and too expensive. For those of us who refused to listen to the rabble and went directly from a Twist to a ProVari, there's nothing to sell.

To the AntiProVarians I again say, "Neener, neener." I hope they buy your gear for more than it's worth.

I like your signature!!

Thanks!! I have been told i drink the apple kool aid, or the harley kool aid, blah blah etc. I am used to it when I read some of the battles here.

I like all your kitty stuff. I am a cat fan ;)

about your other post, I was never told by anyone to get the eVic. The geek in me wanted one, but as always... it get boring quick and all I wanted was a good solid mod. I had to go to provape for that :p

I had a ProVari before the eVic was released, so it wasn't an option I had to consider. I'm sure the opinions of others aren't the only reason people choose one mod over another, but I cringe sometimes when I read posts putting down the ProVari when it is within the OP's budget and has the features they are looking for. Any post a ProVari owner makes in that situation will be greeted with flames.

Like you, the geek factor was why I went with the eVic. I have the bright chrome body and with the Davide Glassomizer, it looks like it should attached to Bender! 8-o

I look at my ProVaris in their leather sleeves decorated with charms and think they look like something I ripped off of Stevie Nicks at a Renaissance Faire.

It was a $100 geeky mistake. I was all about the computer aspect of it, mine is stock and I can only hope to get some of my money back.

I also see that it seems it is pennies on the dollars for the other thing we all have prior to the provaris....I have a dozen or so twist in all lengths and colors, evod batts and tanks, and rather than try to sell pennies on the dollars I give one away her and there in hopes to get one person off stickies!! a friend came by tonite for a twist and gave him a couple CE4 tanks, I'll never use again!! I did just return from a little gambling trip A.C and took one provari and a couple evods to stick in my pockets as I gambled, left the provari on the table and returned 10 min later to find it was still there!! Had it been an evod kit, it would have stayed there but not the provari with new sleeve and tank, I would tracked it down, may have been a slow track with all the vodka/red bulls I had but had lots of fun!! I would rather give away my unwanted beginner things than to try to sell, you give away anyway!!

I'm another who wishes I followed my 1st mind and gotten a ProVari instead of everyone else idea of what I should get.
Forums are filled with a wealth of info but anything that's not info is called an opinion and there are too many of those.
I say if someone wants a ProVari, who am I to stop them or talk them out of it.

I've find it hard to believe that a toy from the 1980's is now considered a treasure.

Probably in 25 years ProVaris will be cheap since so many survived, still usable and still in good condition.

I find it hard to believe how long ago the 1980s were...

Hah... Ya know, I also get crap all the time based on my love for Apple products... At least most people acknowledge that ProVari's are top notch. Talking to some Apple haters, you would walk away thinking that Apple makes nothing but trash, which is obviously not true.

And I have never had anyone say anything about my Ultra Classic... Except, that's a damn nice bike...

Entering the market for a Computer / APV / Motorcycle I had no intention of buying an Apple, a ProVari, or a Harley... It all just happened that way cause those companies above all others made something that was so deeply loved by the engineers who designed it, that you can feel it in the end product...

We all know what a ProVari feels like, and vapes like...

I get the same feeling when I use my iPhone / MacBook Pro... A solid, well built machine... Seamless design, no issues. With a company that stands behind their product...

Now the Harley, that was different. I walked in wanting a soft tail... hated the seat... I tried every bike in the shop... The Ultra Classic was like sitting in a Lazy Boy that was custom built for me. Just awesome... I would never own any other kind of bike now...

I won't steal your banner... But I get it... :) I love all three things as well
