I find it hard to believe how long ago the 1980s were...

I concur. It's like, "Wow, Lennon & Reagan were shot how long ago?!?!"

When I finally place the order for my ProVari, I'm not even gonna try to sell my Sig Zmax V5 (it'll be my emergency phone charger, LOL!). Luckily, I already sold my Vision Spinner to my co-worker. I'mma keep my GV Private V2 cuz I can't not have a mechanical, heheh.

I get the Apple thing. I'm typing away on a 4yr old MBPro; bought the first iPhone and didn't upgrade until the 4 came out - which I still have.

I get the APV thing. I've been preparing to buy a ProVari ever since I dropped my ZMax less than two feet.

The Harley thing. Uhhh, let's just say that until recently I was a sportbike backroad/trackday rider and amateur racer; a trackday accident forced me to retire from anything on two wheels (or even three) that's powered by an internal combustion or electric engine. I test rode a Triumph Rocket III Roadster and vowed that if I ever bought a cruiser, that'd be it.

Damn near impossible to vape while riding a motorcycle...but I think it's possible to make the ProVari water resistant enough to vape while tearing up a lake on a jet ski! :D

I started on sport bikes too... A lot of Honda CBR's (and years) later I decided I didn't want to ride leaned over anymore and wanted to try out a cruiser...

An Ultra Classic is a bells and whistles kind of cruiser though... :D It's honestly like riding on a cloud... And with the Rinehart pipes, good lord... It's a thunder cloud, haha... Big deep throaty exhaust, love it...

I used to vape and ride when I was using cheap eGo's... But never with my ProVari... I'm afraid to lose it... Not so worried about its fate if it were to hit the ground at 60+ MPH, just worried that I wouldn't find it. I think it would still be working though if I did find it :)

In less than 24 hrs, I decide almost everything else I own is will not get used. My Provari is the only device I will use. A couple of buddies at work have already agreed to pay me what I paid for my iTaste's and my MVP. :thumb:

I am keeping my eVic, mostly for sentimental reasons, it was my 1st mod. One never forgets their first.:vapor:

While it won't be enough for my Mini, it will make a nice down payment! :headbang: Going with the Zombie, of course, but gonna keep the red LED.

I hear you. I put my eVic on the classies within a couple of hours of unpacking my first Provari and never looked back. After I got my Reo out went a majority of the mechanical mods. Odd how these things happen...not

Thanks!! I have been told i drink the apple kool aid, or the harley kool aid, blah blah etc. I am used to it when I read some of the battles here.

I like all your kitty stuff. I am a cat fan ;)

about your other post, I was never told by anyone to get the eVic. The geek in me wanted one, but as always... it get boring quick and all I wanted was a good solid mod. I had to go to provape for that :p

The eVic was my first beloved mod.

I was known as the Earl of Eviction before I joined (with some resistance) the ranks, and dropped that title to adopt Praetor. My eVic was the last mod I sold. But I sold it nonetheless. I still have a couple of Lavatubes, a mechanical, and a couple of twists. I use the twists sometimes...

I also see that it seems it is pennies on the dollars for the other thing we all have prior to the provaris....I have a dozen or so twist in all lengths and colors, evod batts and tanks, and rather than try to sell pennies on the dollars I give one away her and there in hopes to get one person off stickies!! a friend came by tonite for a twist and gave him a couple CE4 tanks, I'll never use again!! I did just return from a little gambling trip A.C and took one provari and a couple evods to stick in my pockets as I gambled, left the provari on the table and returned 10 min later to find it was still there!! Had it been an evod kit, it would have stayed there but not the provari with new sleeve and tank, I would tracked it down, may have been a slow track with all the vodka/red bulls I had but had lots of fun!! I would rather give away my unwanted beginner things than to try to sell, you give away anyway!!

Guess I got lucky, I just mentioned that I was thinking about selling them, and my buddies both offered what I paid for them! Only had them for 3 wks, and still have the original boxes. The one who wants the itaste's is the buddy I gave my ego's to him & gf, and both are off analogs!!

My house is a apple house, 2012 MBP, Last Gen ipad and 3 iphones. But I love microsoft as they make me money ;)

Been there on the sport bikes, lots of back roads, and 140MPH wondering if I would live to see it at 150... but that was my younger days. Done with all that, and I am ok with it. I have wrenched all my bikes I have owned. Honda's, Yamaha and now I am on my second harley. Electra Glide Classic... No looking back. Only looking ahead to a newer one. My wife loves to ride, she has a honda, but I could never get her on the sport bike. But she knows that I won't go back.

I would never knock another rider, I am just happy to see people on 2 wheels. Couple of my club brothers are anti harley... but I still love them.

Add another Apple house to the mix; although mine is Apple & Android. The oldest apple anything I have is the 5th gen iPod classic & yes I still use it for my audiobooks.

We all know what a ProVari feels like, and vapes like...

I get the same feeling when I use my iPhone / MacBook Pro... A solid, well built machine... Seamless design, no issues. With a company that stands behind their product...

Now the Harley, that was different. I walked in wanting a soft tail... hated the seat... I tried every bike in the shop... The Ultra Classic was like sitting in a Lazy Boy that was custom built for me. Just awesome... I would never own any other kind of bike now...

My 17" MacBook Pro (6th Apple computer), iPhone 5S (3rd iPhone), iPad 3 (3rd iPad), and classic iPod 160 GB (3rd iPod) attest to my admiration of Apple's engineering and design capabilities. I love them all. Tried the Nexus 7 tablet and ended up giving it to my grandson. Tried the Samsung Note 2 phone and switched back to iPhone as soon as I could. Don't get me wrong. They worked. They just didn't work as well as nor were they built as well as the comparable Apple products.

I feel the same way about the Provari. My Vamo 3 and eVic work. They do the job. But they aren't in the same league as the Provari. I'll keep them until I get a backup (or 2 or 3 or ...) Provaris. Probably give them away after that.

Now as to bikes, I've never owned a HD. Had 3 Hondas (CB350; 1974 - Goldwing; 1977 - Ace Tourer; 1998), 1 Yamaha (VMax; 1985. What I was doing with a 150 MPH motorcycle on the island of Guam, I don't know. Max speed limit was only 35. But, boy was it fun!!), and my current ride a 2007 Suzuki C90. I loved all of them.

BTW, I retired from the Navy back in 1991. I sometimes miss it.

Another Apple here too. I tried so many smart phones and hated them (seriously almost threw a Droid out the window going 70 mph on the freeway) but for some reason love the iPhone (had every gen now have 5s), all gens iPads and 5 diff iPods.

My hubby is a Droid guy but iPad and iPod user. Only thing I never got was the lap top and wish I had one sometimes.

:offtopic: Has any one "heard" from Zoe??? Haven't seen her post in awhile and wondering if she's ok
