Hi all!

Okay, so I just got a HUGE lot of batteries from an awesome forum member. I had what I THOUGHT was a KR808d-1 kit that I had purchased at one of those evil mall kiosks. So I figured I'd be able to use the chargers I already have. Low and behold, I can't. I can absolutely assure the lot of batteries is definitely KR808d-1, so, the question is, what did I get from that kiosk?

It's not a KR808d-2, I know that. I have some of those. Not a d-1. Sold under the name Smoke Free, the cartos have a male end, battery has a female end. A little fatter than a d-1 I think.

Whatcha think?

Smoke free electronic cigarette Vanilla Cartomizers

Boy, I really can't tell from the pics. It could be a 510 if it has the male threads, but it's really tough to guess without seeing it. Can you post pics of the carts, attys and batts? You may also try posting this in the "ask the Veterans thread" Ask The Veterans someone has got to recognize this.
I would suggest if you purchased so many new KR8 batts to just get you some cartos and a charger and you are set.
The best of luck to you! :)

They sure are being secretive on the site. Probably to keep you from shopping around, eh?
Looks like 510 threading , but not sure due to an inability to judge the size.

And you will enjoy the KR808D-1's for their battery life. You can go a the way up to 350mah batterys (extra long). Also there are adapters to use your 510 carto's on the 808 battery.

I'm partial to my d-2s cause that's what I started with, but the seller gave me such a bargain on the huge batch of batteries that I couldn't resist. My main purpose for the d-1 batch was to buy cartos and fill them to friend's likings so that they could try e-cigs, too. Essentially, I've become a loaner service for friends who want to try an e-cig without committing to buying equipment. And I even thought of a crafty way to get them back after they try them - not give them a charger! lol If I don't tell them the battery type, and don't give them a charger, all it'll do is collect dust if they don't give it back. :) If they keep it, I'm not out much thanks to the great price I got them for. It's worth it if I turn folks on to e-cigs!

As for the Smoke Frees - I'd like to leave them in the dust, but that's $120 worth of dust and that's just too expensive to let go to waste. :-/ Hubby still uses them, so I figure I can at least buy him some blank cartos and fill them for him - but I can't do that unless I figure out what it is. I'll see if I can find his and get the pics posted. My ruler has mm's on it, so that will hopefully help. As for secrecy - mall kiosk e-cig, so of course they want to keep it proprietary. Their main profit is in selling the pre-filled cartos.
