I think if we get some suport form the people in the lime light we mite save these things.

If Janty and njoy and the big compays would send complementary vaporizers to all the big time movie/TV/rock stars and politicians that are known to smoke we mite get some of them on our side.

This could be a big help.

Send Obama a Janty Stick this thing is amazing :)

We don't need actors to endorse a particular product....we need them to be seen using their PV and photographed. That is really all that it takes for the word to get out.
That photo of DiCaprio with his "PV"...PERFECT! We need to contact him.

Ya, I agree with both of you.

Getting a star to endorse a product is not going to happen.

What iggyLover said is what I ment. People who smoke smoke a lot. People who take pictures take a lot of pictures. The word would get out.

I'm just saying if a few more stars got one, tried one, and liked it he/she would use it. Also, if they found out it mite be taken off the market they mite start talking about it just because they personally would not like that.

Also, for every one celebrity that uses one it is like 100,000 no-name people using one as far as the media is concerned and that's the big thing. 80% of the people you see when your out on the town are dumb as a robot. They can do a job and talk to you but when it comes to thinking for themselves they can't. They just believe what they are told by the authority i.e. the News:). We need the news to think a lot more people are using them as we can. We also need the FDA to think that too and they watch the News:) too.

Send some to Capt. Phil and Capt. Sig on "The Deadliest Catch." They are both trying to quit smoking.

if i had the fundage to do it.. i would in a heartbeat! those are two VERY plausible names to send em to. both are PUBLICLY trying to cut back/quit smoking for very real health reasons.. if they had a PV and decided they liked it.. and it started to work in helping them quit.. that would be MILLIONS of people seeing it work.. let whatever officials try to talk that one down

haha, I watch that show all the time. It was so damn funny watching him use the patch. That would be a funny thing seeing next yeas episodes him using some sort of PV.

Well put! Although I think you're being generous. In my experience, it's at least 95%.

As I have said about religious people, many are them very nice and decent (and easier to get along with than many of us* in the remaining 5%), but independent thinkers? Not!

* "us" - yes, I include myself and most folks here in ECF (for better and worse). :)

haha cpt. Phil has a smokeless delite electronic cigarette starter kit, 3 actually but his agent wanted a huge endorsement so we let him keep it and use it, but his agent will not let him use it in public. I hope he is using it though!

Aw yes the agent's, they get in the way.

I have no idea who these people they are talking about are? I don't watch TV only torrented movies, hulu, revition3 that kind of stuff. Hopefully some one ells knows.

Glad to here you think this is a good idea too. As long as the agents don't cause to much trouble it would help public option a lot. Most people are still fresh and impressionable to the idea of PV's. We want to be the first that they here of PV's. Who ever tells them what to think the first has the leg up. It is much harder to 'Change' someones mind then to set there opinion in the first place.

Leonardo Di Caprio has one, You must remember that these are not "PROVEN" medically safe. If a star supported them and people got sick...his career would be OVER. Plus, it would cost an arm and a leg to get an endorsement deal for an unregulated product. Just my 2 cents:cool:
ill gladly donate bigjimw's arms and legs for this as i need mine to play golf and i just want to see his reply to what i said here hey one sacrafice for the ecig community might be a good thing you never know lol

Phil and Sig are two Alaskan crab boat Captains on Discover Channel's show "The Deadliest Catch". It's an AMAZING show! The only thing that could make it better would be if they could find a way to pump in the smell of the boat and create a way for you to get sea sick during one of the storms!

Two hard-core manly men going to PV....I would actually pay to see them trying to drip/top off during a storm! LOL Then there's those rare times (LOL) that they get overly excited and they forget what they are doing and take a big, hard drag on the PV and end up with a mouthful of juice.....Hmmm...I think first they'd have to get hooked on the PV during the off season and then follow them and see how they do when the season starts back up! LOL
