So last night I put in an order to Rock Star Vapors after hearing some good things on this forum. I ordered Menthol, Watermelon, Cran-Raspberry, Tasty tobacco menthol, and wintergreen. after getting my order confirmation instantly (which certainly helped ease my feelings about the skin and bones (mostly bones) site) and ignoring the proper use of parenthesis i decided that wintergreen wasnt for me. Did buyers remorse set in? You betcha! i really wanted waffle at that moment, even though ive never been interested in waffle juice before. i sent them an email around midnight, and prayed that someone was on the recieving end. then i made some waffles and had them with maple syrup, fresh strawberries, powdered sugar and lots of butter.
when i woke up this morning from my waffle induced coma i refreshed my email and there was no response from the team over at Rock Star vapors. the reply adress i got was from Austin ( the person, not the city in texas, how silly would that be? getting emails from a city!). it was about 10 in the morning here so I picked up my phone and dialed their 800 number. an automated pickup kicks in and welcomes me to Renew Cleaners? or something of the sort, asks me to dial different numbers for different peoples desks, or shipping dept's, or whatnot. so i just wait till CS kicks in and picks up. Jason picks up and i tell him my name, order number and that i want to make a switcheroo. he asks what i want to switch and i tell him i want waffles. he confers with the person next to him, referring to the order by my name which made me feel really good. and tells me that they've already made the switch and that its going out to be shipped. i thank them and hang up.
just before 1 o'clock i get three emails, two from Austin with a shippment reciept and a shipping update. and one from Jason with the USPS tracking updater.
I am super impressed by these guys. their CS is spot on and very friendly, order turnaround is as fast as it could be, and the prices cannot be beat. the website itself could use some work, but im not complaining. if the juices turn out as good as ive been hearing i might have to put in a big order before these guys start charging real prices
