I've had a problem with this but discovered it was from holding the e-cig in my teeth too much. That hard mouthpeice is not the same as my old analog and I can't hold it the same or as much. As soon as I realized this and quit doing it so much, the sensitivity decreased. I also got some of the rubber mouthpeices instead of the harder plastic ones.

I've had incredibly sensitive teeth for some time anyway, as in I occasionally get excruciating pain in one area (top right, in about three teeth) for a couple of hours! The hygienist reckoned it was exacerbated by the position of my cigs, as a smoker.

Vaping hasn't increased or decreased this noticeably. Sensitive toothpaste has never made a difference, but the fluoride gel the dentist uses has worked wonders. For in-between dentist checkups I just bought this Sensiblok desensitizer, and so far it seems to be working :)

I asked my dentist if it would be of any real benefit to take some Listerine with me to work and do a quick swish after lunch. He said it onlu works for 10 to 20 minutes after I use it and that the alcohol in it will dry out the teeth, which leaves them more susceptible to damage. So maybe the PG has a drying effect on your teeth like it does on some peoples skin.
