Just want to Congrat you on your mis informed and under researched attempt at getting E-Cigarettes Banned. You sir need to do some research as to what the people that have and are using this product have to say....... I understand that you are against smoking but, this is not smoking and your concern about this, is really none of your concern......I like 1000's of others have been able to quit a long time smoking habit because of these great inventions when everything else the government Has Stuck their Nose in and Approved to quit smoking is a joke! And by the way in big BOLD PRINT THE INSTRUCTIONS for my njoy E-Cig. Say That it is *NOT a STOP SMOKING device*

THE FDA Has NO RIGHT TO TRY to Regulate it!!!!!!!!

It also says that You Must be over 18 and if you are not a smoker Then Don't Use. Cigarettes have over 4000 harmful Carcinogens in them and Your Concerned about Water, Propylene Glycol and Nicotine. The only people this is going to hurt are the cigarette company and State Tax Coffers....Give Me a Break.

I sent this under the Cograts tab on his website. I think the good Sen. needs lots of these:D
Admin, please feel free to move this wherever

Good job sky! I think misinformation has a lot to do with what is going on but until there is testing done by the FDA we can only offer common sense lesser of 2 evils and personal testimonials. I saw a video where a lady was watching a guy vape and she adamantly (almost angrily) said "I don't like it!". She didn't know anything about PVs but in her small mind she saw "smoke" and reacted negatively to the point that she didn't even want to listen about vapor. That's when I realized what we are up against.

Poor communication as TB points out. Aside from the blatant grammatical issues in your note, you will win no friends using capital letters (a.k.a. shouting) and telling a government official/agency they "have no right". And why is someone with one post acting like such an activist? Not that post counts necessarily equate to experience, but it is unusual.

I disagree. I think skytrends made some valid points. Personally, I'd have worded some stuff differently but to each their own. Not everyone is a professional writer and they don't need to be to voice their opinion. I doubt the Sen has those expectations. Sky said what he/she wanted to say and took the time to do it. That's worth something right there, and I don't find it detrimental.
