Serious Vaping Headaches

I have been vaping off an on for about 6 years, but only recently replaced my cigs with vaping fully, since the equipment has gotten much, much better (use to rely on my Chinese friends coming back from mainland visits for stuff . About 4 weeks in now.

Just wanted to do a quick check out there and see if anyone else has experienced this. I was diagnosed with Coital Cephalgia yesterday. These are known as the "Sex Headaches" or "Exercise Induced Headaches". Happens right at orgasm and is the second worst pain I've experienced in my life.

I have for the past year exercised twice a day for 45 minutes (one day rest) and drink 2-3 liters of water daily. Been advised to lower nic, caffeine and abstain from sex for the next two weeks to see if any might be possible causes since the meds they give for these have some serious side effects.

So I thought I'd check out here and see if anyone else has had this happen to them. I might slap on a patch tomm and ride that for 7 days.

Also nicotine can give me really bad sinus headaches.
I think vaping can do it too but sometimes I'm fine with it.

Right now I have a headache but almost convinced it's because we painted yesterday. I'm really sensitive to like perfume and stuff.

Yes, that used to be called exercise induced asthma. It is where the blood vessels narrow and cause oxygen not to get to the brain for a little bit. It can cause headaches, dizziness and if not treated can also cause some people to die (not common).

Ask your doctor about preventil or another asthma medication to assist in opening the air ways. It is much safer and typically works for me. The headache from vaping can be because of too much nicotine (nicotine blocks oxygen from the red blood cells) and can also be because of too high of PG in your juice. Try dilluting the juice with some VG to see if that helps the headaches. You can also experiment by getting the same juice (same pg/vg mix) but with less nicotine also to see if that helps.

I am soooo sorry to hear this. First time it happened to me was last Friday night. I thought my head was going to explode. Ungodly amounts of pain.

I for the most part balance my nic intake. I can usually feel when I've had too much nic in one vaping session, so I'll take it easy and slow up the puffing. That's why I was so caught off guard when it happened last Friday.

I think I'l be the Guinea Pig and put on that patch tomorrow and see what happens.

Mine always gets the headaches before sex...

hahaha yea I think it has to do with blood rushing to your head/lack of oxygen.

I get sinus headaches that last for DAYS
and will not go away.
they get so bad I just go to sleep and hope when I wake up they will be gone but they usually don't.

I used to get sinus headaches really bad also, but I haven't had one in a long time. No explanation why not, though...

I think mine is allergy related? have no clue.
also I think I get ear infections and they tend to make me miserable.
I hate that you have to sign and get carded for pseudoephedrine because it's the only thing that will work at draining my sinuses

That whole ear,nose and throat thing can be really bad if you're sensitive to those types of maladies...

Low nic & 100% VG is easier on my system, maybe that would help you too.

I like to mix up around a 25/75 PG/VG ratio, just so there is a little bit more of a throat hit, but I think that VG is definitely easier on the my system, too.
