I'm so annoyed...I e-mailed a well known company because I got a bad batch of cartomizers and they responded with

"
The decision to enforce this policy was not taken lighlty by (company name) and is based on over 2 years of experience and selling over 1,000,000 various style cartomizers. We buy the same products from the same manufacturers so that we get a consistent product.

Incidently, The failure rate on cartomizers is extremely low (less than 1 in 5000),

What happened to good customer service?

I don't know if I'm in the wrong or not but this really annoyed me!

Customer service is "lacking" in much of the business world today imho. That is why when I find vendors with top-notch customer service ethics I tell everyone so they stay busy, and stay in business. It is for that very reason, and my personal experience that I will recommend this vendor for cartos. He is the only vendor (that I am aware of) that offers a 100% guarantee on his cartos!

Here is where the "best" deals (he has) can be had when bought in "bulk" 3x 5pks.

Here is where he offers his policy on "defective" items...

Shipping is free still if I am not mistaken...

Thanks Mike! I had good experience with my first order from them and I will order from CCV again.

I take customer service seriously because it doesn't seem right for someone to pay for something and at least get a response asking if there is a way for them to help.

Even if I love a company's product, I refuse to go back if their customer service sucks!

I kinda faced that yesterday with a vendor. I had won a contest and was awarded my pick of their juice. Well, all their juice is PG. I wrote and told them I was highly allergic to PG and asked if there was an alternative. They wrote back and said "No, sorry". I ran into the same thing with other vendors and they were willing to let me pick something else or had a few VG juices I could choose.
I understand it was a prize and I had not paid for anything. But to me even a lesser substitute would have been better service.

Just wanted to say I went ahead and ordered their juice. I will donate it. Someone will appreciate it!

Tim over at VaporBeast has a 15 carto deal for $19.95 with free shipping and a 50 carto deal for $59.95 with free shipping. Super fast shipping and great customer service, I have made several orders from them and always a great experience.

Thanks for the advice! That sounds like a great deal. I will have to check that out.

To me, they were giving you a bunch of BS. We all know that QC and cartos don't mix. So, to say that 1 in 5000 cartos fail is a complete lie. There is a good amount of threads that I have seen. Where people have complained how most of the cartos they got in their packs were duds.

Sorry to hear about your experience and hope that you find a vendor. That knows how to treat their customers.

anyone remembers a time when vendors were pitching "3 drops equals 1 cigarette" and "one 10ml bottle equals a carton of cigarettes"?

They still try it occasionally around here. One guy in the local mall was so annoying I bought a bunch of the cheap disposable 510s from Madvapes and handed them out for free whenever he got a customer. I think that ate into his 100 bucks per no name supermini kits.... just a bit...

Oh I LOVE that!!! If I ever win the lottery, I will do just that...hang out within 50' of that kiosk and put them out of business in our mall.

What's the name of this company? I want to make sure I'm not supporting them in any way myself, this is totally lame.
