Does cleromizer like wickless CE8 require any maintenance? Or just fill juice after finish and charge battery for normal usage

An occasional flush with alcohol, then hot water would help every few fills. You'll know when to do this when the juice starts tasting off or the draw is too tight. I don't think they can be dry burned as there is a cloth wrapper around the coil inside the head.
It hasn't for me in the year I've been using clearos. It cuts through the built up gunk very well.
