I wouldn't worry about it Dean - you didnt establish a smoking habit isnide a week I'm sure, it takes some people longer to cut it back. Or giv eit up. Maybe you don't want to give it up completely inside your head yet - and that's fine - you gotta take this at YOUR pace not anyone else's. If it takes you a month to give up (IF that's what you want) then it takes a month. There's no rush, right? It's not a competition.
Do waht feel right for YOU. Its great to read about other people's successes but they aren't YOU, never forget that. Whatever is happening in their lives isn't happening in yours, we are all different, with different circumstances and pressures.
I had never planned to quit smoking, it wasn't even in my 'game plan' - all I wanted was to get rid of all the cigs I didn't enjoy, and keep the ones I liked.
It didn't turn out that way - oddly I began to enjoy
vaping a whole lot more and the cigs tasted worse n worse, until I was almost forcing myself to have one. So I stopped.
Quitting smoking was a sort of unexpected side effect of
vaping, and I can't say I miss it at all.
I wasn't measuring my progress against other people and neither should you - drop your quitting expectations and you may find everything comes a whole lot easier
