Settings to use on Ultrafire WF-188 charger for AW IMR 18650's?

I have the Ultrafire WF-188 charger and I just got in my new 18650's for my GGTS. Previous experience with this charger is only with the 14400's for my Apex Ultra. Innovapor has a chart for the settings for that battery to use on the Ultrafire - 3.7 volt 300maH

My question is this - with the AW IMR 18650's what settings should I have the charger set at? The same as the 14400's or can I use 600maH with the 18650's?

It has 3.2 or 3.7 volts and 300 or 600 maH's - I just want to make sure I charge these safely - can one of you battery experts tell me what setting is should use for these batteries? Thanks so much - I always worry about these high powered cells.

[EDIT] Can I charge two at once - or should I just stick with 1 at a time?

I found that I got a more consistent charge and longer life out of the batteries when I charges at 300maH for ~all~ of my 3.7v batteries I've tried. You can charge two at the same time and even two different capacity/sized 3.7v at the same time. -Magnus
