Hey guys. Ive been around the scene awhile obviously but i dont post much asking for advice. Im just clueless as far as this situation goes. So i get my Sig 19. Everything works great with an AGI on top. Then, its throwing sparks out the bottom. So i mod the switch, yadda yadda, vaping great. After a few days, it just gets to be a very weak vape. It goes from instant popping and crackling right when i hit the button to having to sit and hold it for 5, 6 seconds until i hear one distinct pop and even then its really weak. So, i take everything apart, clean it really well (atty and mech), and load it up again and its back to brilliance... for a couple of hours tops. I dry burn and the coils after this has started and they take forever to light up. Even though theyre really relatively clean (only a couple days max through them, usually more like 2 hours.) Thats where im at now. I put a new build on and it goes to crap within days if not hours. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what my problems can be? my coils are right at around 1. I have come to think its my AGI and not the mech because when it starts to get really weak ill throw a protank on there and that thing will crackle like nobody's business. Any suggestions or help? Its not the batteries either, theyre barely two months old and work great in an APV. Panny hybrids (grey style).

I didnt see any the last time but when i got to work im going to tear it apart and rebuild it with a new wick/wire system. I just got an 8w in the mail that works fantastic so now i know for sure it cant be the mod. Im going to try wire rope an ekowool system and hopefully have better results. AGI is supposed to be a pretty awesome RBA for cheap from what i understand. I should've got the RSST *sigh*

When you tear down the agi is there moisture in the center tube? Maybe a leaky top insulator that is allowing juice to raise the resistance?

So when I took it apart last night, definitely juice in the center tube and a lot of it. Any idea what could be causing this? I made sure when I put it back together to screw the center tube into the bottom part nice and tight then thread the top in to put it back together. I'm definitely getting an rsst though
