shan is a great modder and if she promises something you will get it- understand her promise dates are not etched in stone and she always has a window of 4 days early or 4 days later. i know she is dealing with a very sick family member so i would cut a little slack. i have her dual gadget dna20 and have been totally pleased with it. 4500mah of vaping pleasure and it takes all of 10 seconds to change the batteries and go. it is so much lighter than my other mods and yet amazingly durable and able to take abuse. when she does the aluminum ones again i will be in line for one of those- shan@shanmods.com. she will get back to you- don't forget, button top batteries.......

As far alldayvape, I ssuppose we would need more information about when and what is going on with your own unique situation. She certainly stands behind any defects or problems, as far as I have been aware. If you have had this problem in the last few months, as you can see from the aforementioned circumstances, this may be the same cause for your not getting a prompt response. Also, please note she is not on the forum so any attempt to get in touch here will be a failed attempt to reach her. Hope you all get responses and such in the near future.
