Hi.
I purchase my first product from Legendgadget.
Christmas Gift ! 650mah EGo-T CE4 Blister Kit.
This is not my first Ego e cigarette.
I buy it just for spare e cigarette.
The package is arrived and i check the sender address what i always do.
There is no any? Strange thing, this is never happened so far.
I check the battery if works and charger and finish coat on battery become soft and is going down like bubble gum!
What the ... quality is this?
I contact Legendgadget and i wait no any answer, they have 2 emails no respond.
To all contact they are silent!
There is no any guarantee and customer support here people!

Any experience with this company please reply, thank you.

Never heard of the company or the gadget before. Did you research the company prior to buying it? Sounds like a rip off company to me. Sorry for your $$ loss.

It was less than 5 Euro.
Sorry for your issue, but what did you really expect for the cost of a 10ml bottle of juice?
Your time must be worth more than you have already spent on this issue.
Lesson learned. Time to move past this.

Good companies, bad companies. They are a registered supplier on here so I suggest you push them harder and then threaten to completely diss them. I find that works 98% of the time. If they don't look after you, you won't go back. It happens... be grateful it was just a $4 purchase.
Some of us have spent $100 on products that went bad. If they are not a supplier on a forum, you threaten them and usually waste time and energy that isn't even worth it in truth. Buy the most reliable products you can (by researching forums) and then move on rather than give yourself high blood pressure.

Seriously, give it up on a $4 item.

Amen, brother. I used to be like this... but in the end gave up. I saved $2,000 by not smoking in one year once I got my kit settled. Some save even more, depends what cigarettes you buy or 'imported' rolling tobacco, of course. :eek:

Anyway... if someone quits smoking straight away/eventually $4 is hardly expensive to save your health. OK, so someone has got your $4, but they probably paid $2 for it anyway. $2 buys you a few cans of fake coke in China or maybe a 3-pack of toothbrushes, or perhaps a banana, a dry cake and a spicy/herbal Chinese tea.

No matter there is no active customer support here, they are not care for bad quality products.

No... we understand, it is really annoying but not worth the struggle. You have done a LOT my friend by simply posting on here. People on here listen and remember. I bet you will eventually cost them a lot of business. It's people power... well done to you for helping us all use our power! Now... can you write something about Smok? :eek: :D
