Taken from The Vapor Company facebook page:

Just to let everyone know, we are still processing orders. The snow and ice we have been hit with didn't help the situation much but we are still at it 7 days a week. We thank you for your patience and appreciate your business. Bare with us and we will get thru this together. We are getting over 5 emails a minute and it is difficult to answer every email. However starting Monday we have some new customer service people starting so after Monday all support tickets, chats, emails, and calls will be answered. Look everyone no one is trying to ignore or act like we don't believe in customer service because we do. Fact is we go out of our way to make sure when a mistake is made or something is not right we correct it immediately because we do appreciate your business. Have some patience with us and we will get everyone's orders out as soon as possible. Plus our shipping software will now start updating each of you thru each step of the process on our end so you can see whats going on and be kept up to date.

Thank you all for your patience and support,
Tim Gray

I'm not convinced. Let's see what happens.

For anyone considering ordering that has not at this point, don't waste your time. I received my order from Jan 8th on Feb 1st. I got 10 bottles and have tried them all. The juice is nothing special. It is very thick since it is 75vg/25pg and lacks flavor. I've even let the juices steep for a week. Another problem I'm having is that they are destroying anything I put it in. Protank 2, various atty's and a carto tank. Not sure if its because its so thick or the flavorings they use but everything burns out after a couple of days. I'm using an MVP at around 3.4V 2.2ohms and have never had any problems like this with other juices. On another not they did not have 3 of the flavors I ordered and swapped them out without telling me. It would've been nice to give me the option to change them since I would never have ordered the ones they sent. They did give me a voucher for a free bottle with my next order but I will never use it.

I ordered some Shark Juice from them in early January, and received my order the first week of February.
I did some polite pestering, via email. They did stay in contact by two or three mass emails, which helped. Apparently they got completely and unexpectedly swamped when VaporJoes posted their sale and were back ordered on flavor ingredients, especially from a European source which I assume was flavour art.
The juices are decent. Of the 10 I tried, 6 were middle of the road and not unique, similar to some of my own diy experiments. They also use food coloring, which I've decided I don't like.
Three of the juices (Tuscany Nights, Karma, and Liquid Gold) were excellent and unique and complex.
The one I really like is Liquid Gold. I'd like more, but given the slow turn-around I won't place another order, even with the freebie they offered.
It's a buyers' market, and when you can place an order somewhere (like Mt Bakers or Alien or the other high quality vendors I've been trying) and get your order within two or three days, why screw around? Promises and explanations via mass emails aren't enough, especially when I read above that an order from January 8 hasn't arrived by the end of February.
I wish them well, though, and hope they make it. The packaging and branding are cool, and at least one of the juices was stellar. Given the early reports, I'm not optimistic.

Yeah I think I'm pretty much done. I placed a small order almost a month ago and nothing. I'm very patient but after almost a month of an empty mailbox and no contact from them about my order I finally checked back on their site and my order status states awaiting to be filled. I've been holding off buying any other juices because I've been thinking this order was coming and I'm dying for some variety. I may try to contact them first but I think I'm going to just tell my credit card I never received what I paid for and try to get my money back, this is just really bad management and customer service. I mean if you got overwhelmed by a sale then you should have planned better and even then communication goes a long ways.
