I've seen a lot of posts about how great shawn is and even my co-worker who got me started on ecigs raved about him, but I didn't understand it until just now. I placed an order last weekend and it took a few extra days to get shipped out (my bank flagged the charge as possible fraud and turned off my card!). So today I checked the mail and got all giddy because my package arrived and I opened it up to find some things in there I didn't order. My first thought was that I accidentally got some parts from another persons order but upon further inspection their was a HAND WRITTEN note from Shawn apologizing for the delay and that he threw in some freebies for me. Who in this day and age has the time to go out of their way and personally write a note to a customer? Shawn, and that's why he is amazing.
