Please beware of Shenzhen Xiang Brand technology. I placed an order with them for disposables (100 packs and 100 cigars,) and then after Smoking Everywhere filed their suit against the FDA, I had them hold the order as I hoped that the ruling would come quickly - I already wired the money. One of the reasons that I chose this company is that they at least claimed that should my order be unable to clear customs that they would refund my money.
Given the current climate, I simply asked if a refund might be a possibility. They still haven't shipped the product after all. My contact told me that she would ask her boss for approval - several weeks ago. She's now totally dodging me. She ignores my e-mails; she uses Windows Messenger, and when I log on, she logs out; She won't take my calls either to her business or her cell phone. Even if I decided to risk importing a shipment that I might not be able to sell legally, I can't reach her to do so. My money is just gone, and I can't reach anyone to do anything about it.
It's not my intention to simply flame, but to provide a warning to other vendors out there. I have been dealing with several companies, and one has simply bent over backwards catering to my every need (built me a prototype of a durable unit that we may be abandoning after all of her work, sadly,) but Shenzhen Xiang just took my money and ran, basically.
