As I began spending higher and higher amounts of money on vaping I decided to take a look at the supplier reviews thread. I have spent a lot of time reading the negative reviews of supplier page the last week or so. A few reviews of extreme rudeness and a few out right rip offs shocked me to the point that I started writing down the ones that I want to stay away from. I am now on page 20 out of 29 and I so far have a list of 14 vendors that I will NEVER buy from. I only added vendors who I found to have done something really bad. The list has the name of the company and a reminder of why their name ended up there. I will NOT list them here but if you want to know who they are all you have to do is read the negative supplier reviews. It may save you from a huge headache. I have the list taped up inside my computer desk so each time I go to buy something I can check the list B4 I order. Shame on vendors who don't take care of their customers! There are so many great vendors out there that I know I will never miss these few. I was going​ to drive 2 1/2 hours to buy a big screen TV from costco last year until I started reading Rip Off Report and found too many negative reviews regarding Costco's return and exchange policy. I felt I dodged a bullet and paid a little more and bought my TV from Best Buy instead. I guess the reason I posted this thread was to remind you all to do your homework before you reward a business if they don't deserve it.

I've been lucky so far, all the venders I've dealt with have been good. The few times something was wrong with the order they straightened it out, and for those vendors I always go back to. But one I deal with I don't go to unless I have to. They act like they're doing me a favor when they get something wrong. BAD ATTITUDE!

I agree that there are a few, but I also notice the number of people who post (actually rant) negatively to the forums first without giving the supplier an oppotunity to respond. Have you ever looked back at a persons posts to see a common theme? There are a number of things to take into consideration;

I think that most suppliers take care of faulty items within their posted policies (be sure to read them, especially if a vendor requires that you return prior to replacement and how or if you are to provide the return postage).

Juice however is different and would be subjective to taste. Most don't give any returns as is understandable given they have no control over what happens once it leaves their hands.

How suppliers respond however speaks volumes, do they offer to look into it, can they take it to a private pm or email or do they continue to fuel the fire?

Present yourself in a manner in which you want to be treated, good post and things to consider!

I have to agree. The person that is dissatisfied is generally louder than the satisfied person. There's a large supplier I've done a lot of business with (You've probably done business with them too). I've returned things to them and been satisfied with the response. They've always resolved to any issue I've had. Occasionally I'll see a rant about them. People are quicker to post about a negative experience than they are about a positive one.

I've seen complaints for suppliers I personally know are actually pretty good, so it can be relative. I think I'd be more inclined to take a note of the places people rave about and then try to order from there unless they don't have a product you're looking for specifically. Eventually, you'll have a handful of go-to places you can rely on for most of your gear.
