Anodizing is a very thin layer added to the surface, and I believe you have to decide at the time of doing the process if it should be matte or glossy. That aside, you could add a clear gloss finish of some kind on top of it, and buff that.

you can get the anodizing off with easy off oven cleaner and use a good metal polish to buff and shine trick i learned as a teenager racing bmx bikes i always ended up with somebodys leftover rims and most of the aluminium rims were anodized in some ugly colour and i wanted shiny so i did this and it works as long as you have no problem with using some elbow grease may have to use some wet dry sandpaper also to help smooth surface for good shine
it sure would. Easiest way is like in the video just use some chemical whether its oven cleaner or stripper to remove the anodized coating and then immediately rinse in water to remove any metal eating acid and then polish. When the whole thing like the top cap of an rda is dipped you need to polish and protect the whole item including the inside of the cap so you will need to polish the inside. Using a small polishing attachment on a drill that fits the inside of the cap will be best for that.
if you dont, the metal is unprotected and metal can leach into your juice, especially when vaping at higher temps.
