sealing anodized aluminum

I live and work very near the sea so I was looking for something to protect my Grands. Anodized aluminum is subject to oxidizing and corrosive pitting in a salt environment. Has anyone tried anything like this?

I sure would not mind having a protective coat like that on my metal REO's! Very interesting! I would not need too much to do mine. But it is something I will look into further.

I made a post about a silicon zinc hex-cem that i have access to that when cured is like your Reo was coated in liquid glass . Scrath prof, chem resistant and well ..... It's pretty nice. pm me for more info if Intersted .
