Yep he was looking so cold waiting for me at the entrance to my work like he does the wind chill was brutal and it was snowing. I lured into one of my kennels with a banana and he didn’t even put up a fight.

sadly there is nothing a vet can do for him his jaw is actually broken in 3 places it’s not as simple as a abscess she could drain and send him home with antibiotics. The only thing that may work she says is removing his lower jaw. It’s so inspiring because he’s been in such pain for so long yet doesn’t show it and would get so excited to see me everytime I’d walk out my work.
These animals are just survivors who just keep pushing on doing what they need to do to survive when most others would have given up long ago.
He’s got some pain meds and he is happy to be with me no longer being attacked by others or chased off from his food. He is very grateful for me and I’m grateful for meeting him.
And another Thank You!

American I would guess. He’s a rescue that was supposed to be a 2 yo 42 lb rottie/pomeranian mix. Turned out to be purebred puppy who hadn’t shed his puppy coat lol. He was a pediatric neuter, so he’s leggy. And he’s just now about a year, so he’s still filling out. I’d love to know where he came from, and how he ended up on the streets so young. He’s just the sweetest baby.

I am glad you found him! I thought he looked American, but I was not sure! He is gorgeous! Your cat is gorgeous as well! I have a German Rottweiler, and they are such great dogs(German and American)! Amazing family dogs!

What beautiful babies! And both chatty breeds lol  . How old is yours? Do they ever outgrow the zoomies??
Mine is a big mushy, derpy, nosy, snuggly lap hog. His head and body are finally starting to fill out. He grew another inch over the last couple of months (26 1/2”), so I think he’s done for height. He goes next week for his shots etc. Can’t wait to see what he weighs. He is indeed an awesome pup.
Here is waiting for dad to offer to share his dinner, and then giving me puppy eyes to be invited to crawl up in my lap.

Awww! Him is so cute!!! They have the sweetest “please” face!!! Lol Lap hog!!!! Hahahaha!! That explains them to a tee!! Mine turned 2 in October. He is still as crazy and playful as he was when he was a puppy...haha! He still gets zoomies too...lol Last time he was weighed he weighed 105, and that was early last year. He has gotten bigger since then ...lol they fill out until about 5 years old. The husky is 6...and he still gets zoomies too! Lol

Oh, Ricky... poor Grumpy bunny. But....You’re magic with them. Maybe he’ll heal enough to survive under your care?

I don’t think it’s going to heal any it’s only going to get worse from the sounds of it. But he has been eating better than ever and the high protein kibble I’ve been feeding him since meeting him has kept him going. All I’ll say is I’m gonna spoil him and show him love for the rest of his life however long that is.

He is all cleaned up now and no longer wet and dirty. He isn’t being chased by stronger rabbits or predators and can take his time eating his puréed food I prepare for him. He is such an inspiration and a real trooper . He isn’t feeling sorry for himself he’s just thankful for me helping him and loving him .

He won’t be left alone In the wild suffering in pain until he dies. When the time comes where I no longer see that spark in his eyes I will hold his hand so he isn’t scared and let the doctor take his pain away so he can be free.

but right now he sitting next to me watching TV eating kibble and banana like a trooper.

I'll just leave this here for you. It may stir up a big cloud of dust, so maybe wait until you are home to read it.
