Thanks they love it. But the store manager wants me to cover up the name of our store on the front of the house. Still not too sure why it’s right at the front of the store it’s obvious that they are slegg lumber bunnies but whatever I’ll paint over it or put shingles over it. Too bad I worked hard on that stencil job too.

I do not know how that guy in the commercials gets his cat to ride on his Roomba. I tried and Cheddar was not having any of it

She is very brave. My cats would flee.

My guy Joe has never liked the kittens that come through my house as fosters. You would think Cheddar would recognize that the growling and hissing means Joe wants her to get away from him. But instead she is always running up to meet him.

So yesterday I got permission to bring Cheddar to the free room cat room. That is where most cats get adopted from. I drug my heels and felt like I would turn her in on Friday and then also pick her up for the weekend when they close Sat at noon through MOnday morning. That was the plan. Then last night Julie(my gray and white girl cat) left during our evening walk and went in the other direction then Daphne and I. I did not think much about it as she does this. She would not come back at dinner time. Would not come back at bed time. I got up every hour to see if she was on the porch and she was not. I drove the neighborhood at daylight and no sign of her. I walked the neighborhood at 8 and called her and no sign of her. Finally about 9;30 as I am calling Julie comes running home.
She ate, then got bothered by Cheddar and now wants out again. I will not let her again. I envisioned all the awful things that could happen to a kitty out all night.
Julie does not like Cheddar and hisses and growls and even goes after her sometimes. Sadly, I am going to have to take Cheddar today so Julie is not unhappy in her own home.
I will keep everyone updated. I am asking the rescue to allow me to meet the adopters and hopefully they will let me have their email address so I can check on her.
Now I have to tell Daphne

Packed Cheddar up and drove to the rescue today. Found a note on their door that they closed early. Had to bring Cheddar back home. Tonight I made Julie come in early and after having an altercation with Cheddar she got on my desk to grumble and gripe about how much she hates Cheddar. Julie is usually not a verbal kitty at all.
