My first time order was put in eight days ago and was shipped Imagine my surprise when I got an e-mail from some guy in Iowa saying he had my order. Needless to say when I opened my order it was his. I sent two e-mails and tried numerous times to contact by phone. I dont what was wrong with the phone. Everytime I tried to call it sounded like a fax machine answering. Finally on Friday my e-mail was replied to apologizing for the mixup and that mine and his order would be remixed and sent back out I havent heard anything since then. I am just wondering when my order will reship. I would like to continue ordering from Vaporbomb since I have heard very good things about the company and service I am hoping this gets resolved soon.:)

WILL LOOK INTO THIS I can assure you if Michelle said it would be remixed and resent that has been done! wE HAVE HAD TO HIRE TO PEOPLE TO REPLACE Michelle so this week has been strange to say the least. I realize that that is not the customers problem and we will fix that. Michelle was a great asset to this company, if there is a company in El Paso looking for a business admin. She is the person you want.

I just don't understand people, I have yet to read a so called complaint on here that could have or have been handled with an e-mail. I always wonder if people give Vaper bomb a chance to respond. I know that when I have had an issue and believe me there was only one, I sent an e-mail and figured I would hear with in 24 hours. You know what it was answered responded to and issue rectified with in the 24 hours,. If you can not give a company time to investigate, resolve and answer you with in 24-48 hours then you are not giving them enough time.

You must also put into the factor time of day, when you e-mail they do have business hours and are not there 24/7. Give people a chance before you come on a board and post. If once you hear from them a chance to remix your order and ship it out. If at the close of a week from start to finish you have nothing then post and wonder why
