Contrary to what some have said, this forum IS for asking questions as long as they're within the rules of ECF and the SG forum. The OP asked a valid question and did not deserve the comments that some of you replied with.

From what I have read (I'm in the USA), just ignore the letter they send you. I have not read of anyone getting a fine for a 1st time offense.
Has anyone heard of/know of anyone who has been fined (for a confiscated online order) since the new law went into effect mid-December?
I would like to stay current as I see many "new members" posting elsewhere before they find their way here.
If you don't collect it, it should be fine. Do not import by any means. I hope you don't use your address for such import

You are in the Singapore forum. All vaping (importing/selling/using) is banned.
Delivery company will send (or I'm assuming already have) you a letter stating that your shipment is handed over to HSA for disposal.
It's up to HSA to decide on further course of action.
For me there were none and I never tried it again - and I highly recommend you to not challenge their patience anymore.

Importing it is an offense. Subject to fine and/or inprisonment.
It is clearly stated in the letter you get from your carrier.
HSA may and likely will let you get away with only a notice for the first time, but I wouldn't play with them after

Yeap first time maybe u can act blur and let them confiscate without penalty i guess
Small quantity they destory look into your letter box might have a warning letter. If you shipment is big and they suspect you as a importer and reseller than good luck.
Got twice of that confiscate letter from hsa.. not doing any buying online anymore.. simple as that for me.
Shipment of tank?? A few pieces? Oh my!! As we already knew by now all these items are strictly prohibited so please don't ever try again. I believe first timing should have some lead way..
