Just wondering if anyone knows if the FDA is required by law now to release any previously seized shipments that they seized from company's? I heard that there is almost 100 million dollars worth of ecigs that got seized?? is that true?

They will need to release any shipments that they are currently holding.. eventually. This, however, does not accoutn for those hipments that have been destroyed. Since the FDA is a government entity they are not liable for any of those shipments and not able to be held for monetary liability.
A Federal Judge recently ruled that the FDA has no jurisdiction to seize Ecigarette shipments as they have been doing for the past 8 months or so. Nor any right to classify them as a drug delivery device.
