Shipping Confirmation for Replacement Items?

So if you have something that arrives DOA and you call V4L customer service do they send out a shipping confirmation when they ship the replacement?

I called a couple of days ago and they're supposed to be sending me a new charger. I've not gotten any notification, but is it safe to assume that it's on its way?

Just wondering.

I was wondering the same thing. Had a mix up with an order and I pm'd Chad. He said that he was going to send out my stuff. Didn't get any confirmation on it though. ?????

Not usually since it doesn't go through you account like a normal order does. If you call them they "might" be able to give you one, but they might do that one by hand so it would be hard to go back through all those shipments and find it.

Replacements from what I know have never had a email confirmation # sent, doesn't matter to much cause USPS says still "Picked Up" or "Shipment accepted" and you will have the package for a week and it will still show that, USPS sucks on online updates! Anyways the time I got a replacement I called to check on it and they sent me a email while I was on the phone with them, a personal email not the regular send out though.

That's kind of what I thought ~ that they'd just stick it in the mail ~ and that's fine. I really don't need a confirmation, I just didn't want to think it hadn't gone out yet. My new batteries aren't doing me much good without a charger.

When they sent out a bottle of Juice that i had missing form an order, they did not give me a confirmation number. However I received it in like 3 or 4 days.
