All is well now and we are 100% caught up and back in full swing. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask 
Dear IkenVape customers.
I want to sincerely apologize to you for the shipping delays we all have suffered this week.
There have been a few mishaps with a new factory who we worked with to develop the 510 Diamond series. We had originally ordered 2,000 units total. 1,000 in LR 2.2Ω and 1,000 in SR 2.7Ω. They were meant to be prepared in blister packs of 5. When they were received, we sampled a few packs worth to ensure they were of the quality we designed them to be. Once the requirements have all been met, we placed a few hundred on the IKV website. Then discovered the blister packs are packed with random tolerances judging by the labeling on each unit. This made completing orders slow down to a near halt, where it was taking us a few hours to pass only several orders. So we spent the night 9/25 dissecting all of the blister packs and came out with an odd ball number of 1,750 in LR 2.2Ω and 250 in SR 2.7Ω.
Orders through 1314-1358 are guaranteed to be dispatched today and as we continue to work up the line the rest will continue and will be updated Via Flash updates from our Twitter @ikenvape. Those who have ordered the 2.7Ω Diamond after 1358 will be receiving a phone call from yours truly for any swaps, recommendations and/or refunds.
