I've had an order from MV sitting in 'Shipping info received' since 12/21. Anyone else experiencing shipping delays from MV? Opening a ticket in their system too to inquire.

Griff, do you mean when you track it on usps.com? if this is the case I have been there. The post office is not very good at updating tracking. I have had packages show up that show they have not been picked up by the post office.

I apologize about the delay in receiving your package. We have contacted USPS about this issue because we are getting numerous tickets on the same situation. They are very backed up and delayed due to the Holiday Season. They are very slow on updating their tracking status, most cases it will only show "Electronic Notice Received" till it is actually delivered. Their normal 2-5 business days are turning into 7-15 business days. Please be patient with us, we have no control over USPS once it leaves our warehouse until it says delivered or some other status.

I get the same results when trying to track my order from MV. I called this morning and heard pretty much just what was quoted above. I hope to get it soon. Sucks to pay for priority shipping for nothing.
Eh I can understand the backlog....its that time of year. Would be nice if the USPS would just say that instead of leaving people hanging. MV did their part quickly as they always do.
Yes, the delay is definitely not with MV - I placed an order (albeit a small one) and was very impressed to receive an "order shipped" email almost immediately it seemed.
USPS is notoriously bogged down and slow this time of year, so I wouldn't expect any miracles from them...

As of 2am this morning, my package is a few miles from my house at a sorting facility. Hope I get it today!! 
Its my understanding that USPS doesn't actually provide tracking info, but rather "delivery confirmation". The service is almost pointless since 95% of the time they don't even provide an estimated delivery date... but it is what it is. Being that time of the year though, I don't expect the order I placed yesterday to arrive until late next week.
I think you will probably be surprised! I bet you get it closer to your normal delivery time... I placed an order that was shipped Tuesday and I got it today!

I'm impressed with the USPS for keeping the schedules this time of year. Coupled with MV's lightning-quick turnaround, I can place an order and still get it in my mail box in about 5 days with slow-boat shipping (and I'm in the outskirts of Portland!)
I'd hate to dole out TOO much praise and make them to think they can start slackin on us, lol - but dang, I'm impressed!

You were right, I got my package Saturday morning... just in time for New Years. It was really surprising considering my packages never get here that quickly under normal circumstances
I made my order on Christmas they shipped it on the 27th and I'm stuck on shipping info received a week later and I'm in California by the way. It's my first order from outside the state and I'm getting inpatient lol.
I ordered on early Monday morning and now just got a processing email, but now they still haven't sent out my order!? Usually they would have sent it out Monday morning. Was Monday considered a holiday?
Mv was quick in sending mine out but USPS first sent it to Louisville so it went 2 hours farther north than it needed to go. Then it went to Lexington....sigh now 1 1/2 hours too far to the east. Then they sent it back to Louisville! Finally it made it here. Not Mv's fault just bad management on the part of USPS.
You should try living in Hawaii and waiting for a package lmao!!! madvapes has always processed and shipped my orders REALLY fast...it even gets to Honolulu in about 2 days ....but once it hits the Hawaii mail system....it slows down to the speed of turtles stampeding through peanut butter...I live on Kauai and from Honolulu (One Island over) it takes 3-4 days till I get it....I think the lady at our tiny Post office likes to hold packages hostage before putting them in the box. LOL
