Shipping issues at SI?

Is SI still having some issues with their system notifying customers about shipments like in this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/320663-smokeless-image-shipping-issues.html?

I placed an order on Wednesday night and the order status still says processing. From a bunch of other posts threads I've perused it always sounds like they have extremely quick shipping. Maybe I'm just being impatient because I am really looking forward to getting into this whole new world of vaping. Your thoughts anyone? Thanks,

Wow, thanks for the quick reply! I opened a ticket online earlier today. Got an automated email within minutes stating that someone would reply as soon as possible.

Same here, placed order on wednesday and it is still proccessing. Same for my brother so something is wrong. I will contact CS too

I guess S.I. and other vendors have spoiled me with fast shipping. If I order something on Wednsday night, I expect that it will be shipped on Thursday and I'll get it on Saturday. It does sound like something different happened. Maybe just a website software problem. I ordered a mousepad from a different vendor three weeks ago, and still haven't heard anything about it (I'm going to use it to protect my end table from e-cig stuff).

i'm the same way still processing,i don't trust their computer any more or the postal service.

its 5:00 pm and probably quitting time,no work on Saturday,,,it just sits there looking at me like its suspended in time.

I ordered mine wed 10:00 am central, shipped out Thursday 3:30. Pretty good.

I just got an order today that I placed late Monday night and my account said 'processing' until this morning.

I placed an order Monday night, site kept saying processing, got my order in the mail Thursday morning and finally got an email from SI Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. saying my order was complete ... happy to get my order, but something is off with their tracking system still....

hummmmm I'm having trouble getting a reply from CS as well as an order placed Monday that still says processing?

Update; I got an email this morning from Heather apologizing for the wait and stating that the order shipped yesterday and that the shipping department just forgot to send out the tracking #. USPS tracking indicates that it should arrive by Oct 1st (Monday). Their site now marks the order as complete instead of processing.

+1 on one of my orders. Still have two "processing" however I'm sure whatever the glitch may be, it'll get fixed soon. Plenty of backups here
