Shipping issues at SI?

Is SI still having some issues with their system notifying customers about shipments like in this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/320663-smokeless-image-shipping-issues.html?

I placed an order on Wednesday night and the order status still says processing. From a bunch of other posts threads I've perused it always sounds like they have extremely quick shipping. Maybe I'm just being impatient because I am really looking forward to getting into this whole new world of vaping. Your thoughts anyone? Thanks,

I guess S.I. and other vendors have spoiled me with fast shipping. If I order something on Wednsday night, I expect that it will be shipped on Thursday and I'll get it on Saturday. It does sound like something different happened. Maybe just a website software problem. I ordered a mousepad from a different vendor three weeks ago, and still haven't heard anything about it (I'm going to use it to protect my end table from e-cig stuff).

Update; I got an email this morning from Heather apologizing for the wait and stating that the order shipped yesterday and that the shipping department just forgot to send out the tracking #. USPS tracking indicates that it should arrive by Oct 1st (Monday). Their site now marks the order as complete instead of processing.

+1 on one of my orders. Still have two "processing" however I'm sure whatever the glitch may be, it'll get fixed soon. Plenty of backups here :laugh:
