Shipping issues from vapewild?

Random complaining here. I'm bummed I haven't received my order yet that was placed 10 days ago. It said it was transferred from fedex to postal service 5 days ago and that's where the info ends. I'm really looking forward to trying all the flavors I ordered. I haven't contacted them...yet. Anyone else have issues with their orders? Had no issues with delivery of juice from other companies. I guess I should actually blame the post office at this point. Ugh! Give me my juice! I only have the stuff I started with and I'm getting bored!!

I'd definitely contact them about it. 10 days is a long time and especially with no decent info from usps. I do know they were having trouble with sending random confirmation emails to customers that had not placed orders that they addressed. It would be worth hitting them up and inquiring about your issue.

I recieved emails from vape Wild for an order I placed (and which was fulfilled) back in November of 2014. I received the email about it this week. :) they did a system wide update to their servers so it was spitting out orders that were from the past.

Why did your package go Fedex then get handed off to USPS? Usually they only reason for shipping FEdex would be if vendor didn't use USPS. I've purchased things off ebay that only ship Fedex, but I use a PO box, so Fedex "hands it off" to the USPS (they have agreements to do stuff like this) and then it would appear in my PO Box.

Did you check the tracking number with USPS to see if they actually got it? If USPS does have it, I would try calling them first to see what the problem is. If the package is not showing up on USPS, I would try calling them anyway. I had a package recently that was handed off by FedEx but was not showing up on USPS. Turns out that the tracking number needed "92" inserted before the tracking number in order to show up on USPS tracking.

It's referred to as a "black hole" in Texas. Many people have issues with delay when ordering from vendors in Texas. It's like the mail reaches a certain area of the post office and just swirls for days.... It took my mail about 10 days from Vape Wild, but look on the bright side.. your juice will be somewhat steeped.

If the tracking says that it's in the hands of the USPS, then the issue is with the USPS, not Vape Wild. My guess is once it made it into the hands of the USPS, the post office stopped scanning it and that's why you're not getting any updates.
This is my guess. USPS did not provide tracking. So once fedex handed it over, I have no info

I've been told that once USPS has not updated tracking on a package for 10 days it is considered "lost".
I discovered this when my mod went from Philadelphia to Seattle on it's way to New York.
I'd contact Vape Wild & ask them to instigate a search. They apparently mailed a package that didn't arrive.
