Smokeless Image shipping issues

I too placed an order from smokeless image this week and have not received any shipping confirmation and my order still says "processing" on their website.... But I have ordered from the twice in the last month or so and received both orders within 3-4 days, so I'm not too worried about it, nor should you be :) they're a great company!

They had some issues with their new software server and had tomhirema bunch of new employees. Growing pains I guess. I'm sure they will get it fixed ASAP. Their reputation has been built on good customer service and I think they know that,

My issue with orders from them has not been on their end, but with the post office. For some reason, my orders are taking 2 days more than they used to from the time the USPS gets them. It used to be, I received my orders 2 days after they were shipped, now it's 4-5 days. Funny part is if I mail something to them, they get it in 2 days. According to my mailman, it has to do with cutbacks and the way the Ohio sorting facility ships to Florida. My orders now bounce between two sorting facilities in Ohio before coming to Florida and then they bounce between 2 sorting facilities within 20 miles of my house before being delivered.

I have no doubts on their reputation. There have to many people on the boards, that hold them in very high regard for me to think anything different. I hope the shipping moves quickly as it's going to eastern,Pa. Thanks for the knowledge though, it's much appreciated. This is my first order for a PV, I have been dealing with njoy and Blu for the past month since it's readily available. I'm just ready to move up in the world of vaping.

That's a nice move up. I started with the njoy and blu disposables then switched to the volt.

Last I spoke to Customer Service they are shipping in excess of 300+ orders a day. You don't get that busy by being a bunch of Slackers. When I get home this afternoon I will be placing another order and I can't wait until they get the CE3's back in stock, I have 1 currently but want 2 more, at 1.6 ml of juice capacity you can Vape until you hit the floor... I made a carrying case that goes around my neck for my x2 1300 so I can Motovape on my Motorcycle and it works like a dream. No more stopping for a smoke! :vapor:

I also am waiting for an order from smokeless image. Give it a few more days if no results call your credit card company they will refund your money and do an investigation.

I've been doing business with SI for over a year and usually their CS is impressive. This week is the first time I've had to wait for either shipping or a reply from CS. They're having some internal problems at the moment with training new help, software upgrade and opening a B&M store all at once. You can read about these on their sub forum. The CC company is one way to go but from my personal experience with them not necessary at all. They'll eventually come through with either product or a refund.

I'm crossing my fingers they get it figured out by next Friday. That's when my orders going in! When you get yours let us know how you like it ok? I'm very hopefull about the product and would love to hear what you think of it.

The products are great. In over a year I've only had one badly overworked battery die and never gotten a bad carto. I vape two of their liquids daily and the batches have always been consistent. You may want to consider reading their sub forum and ordering when they get back on track though. I ordered Tuesday and had to submit a ticket. Waiting for a refund now since they were out of what I ordered.

They are having system problems with the shipping notifications but they ship within 24hours so relax and come post in the SI forum and the Mod there will tell you pretty much the same thing. I have received two orders from them in the last 5 days but never got a shipping notification until I email Heather at Customer Service. SI Rocks!!! What did you order?

They usually do but not at this time. They're about a day and a half behind according to Imagine.

I finally received confirmation that the package is on it's way. I am anxiously awaiting it's arrival!

Glad you finally got your confirmation. My last order from SI had the same issue (website kept saying "processing") & I was getting concerned, but my order arrived in its usual time from them. I didn't realize anything was going on w/their system. I've ordered numerous times from SI now & never had any issue whatsoever. Can't wait to hear how you like your goodies!!!
