Shipping Problem...

Hi there... I've placed my order on the 9th of November..


and today i check the Tracking and it says:

"Destination - Israel

The item (RT051508579HK) was posted on 20-Nov-2010 and is being processed for delivery to the addressee"


Why the Item is Posted 11 Days after its says "shipping"?...


I will have to wait for like 30 days?... its doesnt make sense..

I am sorry that your order shipped on Nov 9 was greatly delayed because customs inspected packages carefully due to the Asian Sports Game. your order was returned to us by customs because they found liquid inside it. we did resend it a few days later. hope you will get it soon.

china airmail shipping is back to normal from Nov. 15.

i am sorry that HK customs is more strict with orders. so normally we do not use HK airmail, because it takes more days to process orders there.

Hello, I think the same is happening to my order which was placed on November 11th but tracking says it was posted on November 21st. The item in question is RR834994325CN . From November 24th it says "departure from outward office of exchange" and nothing else. I bought a pink Joye eGo MEGA Kit, a Pouch for Joye eGo and 4 Joye eGo Battery protect cover. Do you know what's happening to my order?

Registered mail can take a long time to update tracking on China mail website. And to deliver. If you have a tracking website for Brazil mail you might try the tracking number there.
