Shipping problem?

Has anyone experienced any shipping problems from this vendor? I placed my first order with them and it says it was shipped on the 2nd and by the 4th it was out for delivery in a different town in a different state? As well, that night, it stated "delivery status not updated", and I've seen nothing new since then. It is now the 11th and I'm not sure what to think here, gotvapes says its usps responsibility, while usps says its the venders responsibility. I'm getting no answers except wait but I fear my order is lost somewhere.

Nope, no problems with this one. Check out your order receipt and make sure you entered in a correct and valid address first. If that is this case, check to see what address USPS has. But basically, once a package is in USPS's hands, it is their responsibility. I haven't had problems with this vendor, but with others. USPS can be such a nightmare.

From what i just checked with MAX, this was verified to be sent to the address you wanted it sent to, from that point on if we verify it was sent to the proper address the customer chose which we can see form our system then it is in usps hands which we truly have no control of and no way of following your package other then through the tracking number, form that point, usps would need to be contacted by the customer.

we have been in business for 2 years and moved our shipping to texas which has provided incredible prompt and hassle free shipping and we are sorry your having this issue.

My reply from usps was "You paid for something from this vendor, its their responsibility", they also claim it was sent to the zipcode that it arrived in (I guess they determined that because that's where it ended up), that aside I have contacted usps several times and they can't tell me where my package is. Can you offer any advice on how to get it located?

yes that would be the case if we sent it to a mystery address, but not if everything on our end was done properly, if the address is correct then the responsibility falls on the company who is shipping the item to the address they are suppose to deliver it too. I will have your info checked and sent to you so you can verify it

Ya if you could PM that to me it would be much appreciated. And again, is there a way to get results from the usps, and get my package recieved?

Item mailed with Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, or Certified Mail

Using the label ID numbers, you can check the delivery status online via Track and Confirm on usps.com or you can obtain information by calling 1-800-222-1811. If five (5) or more postal business days have passed since the date of mailing and the recipient has confirmed that the item has not arrived, you may call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to request documentation of your issue.

Since it has been 5 postal business days since mailing, call the 1-800-275-8777 number and tell them you want a trace put on the package.

Very frustrating when they loose a package, but once it's out of GV hands it's up to the USPS to get it to you. Hopefully the package is found for you very soon.

I have been checking on the tracking info, it hasn't updated since the 4th. I have read about people having trouble with the tracker but get their packages. But it appears my package went out for delivery in a different town, and didn't get delivered. I have contacted the post office in said town and they can't find it. I want to see what gotvapes has in their shipping info before I go any further with the usps. Thank you, may be on this very soon.

Even after a PM to "badkolo" on the 12th,I still have not received said information. It is now 5 days later. Very dissatisfied with my experience with gotvapes....

I would say contact the USPS at that point and have them (that lost it) find it...

I'm sorry for the wait that you have, I will ask so i odnt have to read back, have you submitted a ticket at igotvapes? That is checked nightly and a quicker response than ecf 'pm's

Yes I have. The ticket system is very annoying and take days to respond sometimes. I received responses immediately after posting this thread so this seemed much more convenient.

Adrena: I have done so but they claim the package went to the city on the package, I'm simply waiting now and have been for a week to confirm there wasn't a mix-up during shipping. It's ridiculous to tell a customer you're going to do something and then not do it...bad business practice.

I just pm'd you with the address that it was shipped to. This was also covered in ticket also. Now you package has moved, It was scanned in Indianapolis, IN on the 12th. so maybe they are correcting their mistake! Which also means it was in PO when you called them in Danville.
